Privacy Notice

Contact and consultation form: first name, last name, email, phone, destination of interest, budget range, timeline, type of interest (lot, house, condo, or full project), and any message you write. If you arrive from a specific campaign or property page, we record which one, so we can follow up about the right listing.

Newsletter signup (footer): your email address only.

AI concierge (the "Talk to a Local Expert" widget): the messages you type are sent in real time to generate a response, and to Zoho CRM only if you choose to share your contact details during the conversation. Terra Meridian does not store the conversation itself — no transcript is saved anywhere, by us or by the AI provider. See "AI concierge" below for how that message is actually processed.

To respond to your inquiry, follow up as a lead, and coordinate the consultation, property information, or project memo you asked for.

To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed to it.

To generate the AI concierge's replies to your own messages, in the moment you send them.

Zoho CRM — the sole system of record for leads. Every contact form submission, and any contact details you share with the AI concierge, is sent there. Zoho acts as our data processor and may issue its own privacy notice when it receives the data; that notice doesn't replace this one.

Zoho Campaigns — newsletter subscribers, if the integration is active.

Supabase — stores newsletter email addresses only. It is not used for leads or the contact form.

Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel — site analytics and advertising measurement, loaded on every page. These use cookies and similar technologies; see "Cookies" below.

Anthropic (the AI model behind the concierge) — receives your concierge messages in real time, over the API, in order to generate a reply. This is a transmission, not storage: Anthropic processes the message to answer it and Terra Meridian does not retain a transcript. If you share contact details during that conversation, those are sent to Zoho CRM as described above, not stored as part of the chat itself.

We do not sell personal data, and we don't share it with anyone outside this list.

For as long as our business relationship with you continues, and for up to 2 years after our last contact if no transaction takes place.

Under the LFPDPPP, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to (ARCO) the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, write to info@terrameridian.mx — that's the real channel we use to handle these requests, not an automated form.

Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel set cookies and similar identifiers to measure site usage and ad performance. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings; doing so may limit some site features but won't prevent you from browsing or contacting us.
